this is the actual sized photograph we were given
for this portrait. The point we want to make is that
sometimes we are sent a photo that's just too small
to get a good quality result from. Notice how the
portrait on this page is slightly blotchy and sub-standard,
and in fact we actually had to fight quite hard to
even get it up to that standard. |

We can sometimes
work with small photos as a last or only resort, but
in general, you will get a much
better pop art portrait if you send us a larger photo
to start with.
Ideally, the face should fill
the frame (but also include a bit of shoulders), with
your camera or scanner set to one of its highest resolution
quality settings. |
